We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to revise, discontinue, or stop selling any product or service. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Guyana Goods Exchange Policy, exchanges may be considered under specific conditions as defined by local consumer protection laws. These may include defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt and proof of issue. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product inspection and approval.

Typographical Errors
We aim for accuracy in all product listings and pricing. In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, ProWell Fitness Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any such orders. If you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Shipping fees
Prices displayed do not include shipping fees. Our authorised courier service provider, A2Z Couriers, will determine delivery charges. These are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods.
Payment Confirmation
Credit or debit card
Orders paid via credit or debit card will be processed only after payment has been confirmed by the issuing bank.
MMG Payment Confirmation
For orders paid via MMG (Mobile Money Guyana), customers are required to submit proof of payment—including the transaction reference number at check out. Orders will only be processed after payment verification by our team.
Please note that verification may take up to 2 working days. Once confirmed, your order will be queued for dispatch based on our standard delivery timelines.
PayPal
For orders paid via PayPal, transactions must be completed in full before order processing begins. Once your PayPal payment is successfully received, you will receive an email confirmation from both PayPal and ProWell Fitness Enterprise.
Please ensure that your shipping address on PayPal matches the address provided at checkout. Orders with mismatched or unverified addresses may be delayed or canceled for security reasons. Orders will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines upon confirmation of payment.
